Artist Submission & Guidelines
So you’ve got something to say. Let’s hear it.
We built Khemitones for the voices that don’t fit the formula — the ones who’ve been quietly shaping sound on their own terms. If you’re ready to release something honest, weird, raw, cinematic, or just flat-out beautiful… this is where it begins.
What We’re Looking For...
-
Authenticity. We don’t care about trends. We care about truth.
-
Production quality. It doesn’t have to be pristine — just intentional.
-
Genre fluidity. We love ambient, post-rock, art-folk, lo-fi, cinematic soundscapes, jazz, raw songwriting, analog heat, and boundary pushers.
-
Creative integrity. If you’ve built your own sonic world, we want a passport.
What to Submit...
-
2–3 of your best tracks (streaming or downloadable)
-
A brief artist bio or backstory (no need to be fancy — be real)
-
Social links, Bandcamp, or any live video/performance clips
-
A note about what you’re looking for (release help, vinyl pressing, just want to connect, etc.)
How to Submit...
Send it all to: talk@khemitones.com
Subject line: ARTIST SUBMISSION — [Your Name or Project Name]
What Happens Next...
We review everything personally — no bots, no interns, no B.S. If your work feels like a fit, we’ll reach out for a conversation. If not, please don’t take it personally. We’re a small team trying to build something slow, strong, and meaningful.
A Few Truths...
-
You retain your rights. Always.
-
We value long-term relationships over fast releases. However, we're here to help you find bigger deals and more fitting places as you grow. You're never stuck with us. No long contracts or awkward corporate stuff.
-
We don’t fake streams or buy followers.
-
If your music makes us feel something, that’s the whole deal.
